Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation at 45 Days prior to arrival date – No charge

  • Any cancellation between 45 Days – 30 Days prior to arrival date: 25% of tour fare charge

  • Any cancellation between 30 Days – 15 Days prior to arrival date: 50% of tour fare charge

  • Any cancellation between 15 Days – 10 Days prior to arrival date: 75% of tour fare charge

  • Any cancellation less than 10 Days: 100% of tour fare charge.

  • If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 Working days.

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@elefun.in

  • In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount, which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from our suppliers of services i.e. hotels/transports etc.

  • For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals, guide services etc. there will be no refund.
